About Face - Portraiture

About Face is the outcome of two years of collaboration between six artists who, during this time, completed a self-portrait as well as portraits of each other. The result is a collection of 36 large painted canvasses each presenting insight into the subject as well as the relationship between the particular artist and subject. The exhibition thus consists of six sets of six independent yet related images.  Each set is an artwork in its own right and no work may be removed without destroying the integrity of the whole.
