David Alldridge’s Discovery investigates the hidden beauties of our local environment. Alldridge explores his surroundings in search of critters and wildlife to capture their transient movements. This series of drawings plays with the tenets of perspective. Alldridge disguises his subjects through the use of the ‘close up’ to enhance the magnificence and complexity of form. Alldridge shares his moments of discovery through his use of fine detail and intense colour.
